PollCap uses publicly available Federal Election Commission (FEC) data, IRS 990 nonprofit filings, and the donor data you import. All FEC and IRS data is public record. We never purchase private data or scrape social media.

Each donor is scored on four dimensions: recency (how recently they donated, 35% weight), frequency (how often, 25%), monetary value (total giving, 25%), and momentum (acceleration in giving, 15%). AI scoring adds qualitative analysis including issue alignment, network proximity, and geographic relevance.

Yes. All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL on Supabase Pro with row-level isolation per organization. Sessions use scrypt + HMAC authentication. We never share your donor data with other campaigns or third parties.

You get full access to every feature — AI generation, Capital Engine briefs, call sheets, outreach drafting, and real-time FEC imports. Your card is on file but we don't charge until day 15. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal.

PollCap syncs with the FEC API every 15 minutes for real-time contribution data. The full intelligence pipeline (scoring, enrichment, triggers, clusters) runs daily at 6 AM ET.

Yes. You can export donor lists, call sheets, and contribution data at any time. Your data is yours — we never lock it in.
