What's actually in the $300/month platform subscription?
Every feature shipped in the app: Morning Brief, Capital Engine, donor scoring with 7-factor breakdown, FEC enrichment, Congress.gov policy footprint, committee drill-in, call sheets, outreach drafts, segment discovery, and CSV import. Unlimited donors, events, and opponents. One seat per subscription.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start the trial with a card on file — we don't charge until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial from your Stripe billing portal and you won't be charged. After day 15, you're billed $300/month on the calendar cycle your trial started on.
What happens if my payment fails?
You get a 14-day grace period with full platform access while we retry the card. We email you at day 1, day 7, and day 13 of the grace period. If it's still failing on day 14, your org flips to read-only — you can still view your data but AI generation and new imports pause until billing is resolved.
Can I combine bundles and retainers?
Yes. Bundles are one-time kickoff products and retainers are ongoing engagements — campaigns typically order the Full Campaign Playbook at launch then move onto a Monitoring or Full Intelligence retainer through primary day. Talk to DFX when you request a briefing and we'll structure the rollout.
How do Campaign Intel add-ons get billed?
Campaign Intel services are sales-quoted, not self-serve. You click 'Request a briefing' on any service, a DFX strategist reaches out within one business day to scope and confirm the price, and we invoice directly — separate from your PollCap platform subscription. Most engagements complete inside 14 days.
Do you offer discounts for PACs, coalitions, or multiple campaigns?
Yes — coalition and multi-candidate pricing is available on request. Mention your structure when you submit a Campaign Intel briefing request and DFX will put together a coalition quote.
Is there an annual discount on the platform?
Annual billing with a 15% discount is available by request — it's not yet exposed in self-serve checkout. Email billing@dfxintel.com after you start your trial if you want to switch.
