- What is the contribution limit?
- $3,300 per individual per election. The primary and the general are separate elections, so you can give $3,300 to each, $6,600 total. Spouses can give independently.
- Can my LLC, S-corp, or PAC give?
- Federal law prohibits direct corporate contributions. Owners and employees can give as individuals. PACs may contribute under separate FEC rules.
- Can I give if I live outside MA-06?
- Yes. Federal candidates may accept individual contributions from anywhere in the country, subject to FEC limits.
